Trademarks protect the Black Panther identity from being commercially exploited by companies unrelated to the Party or its values whom seek to commercialize this legacy of service for personal gain. Protecting trademarks like the Black Panther and All Power to the People preserves them as authentic symbols of the Party’s work and for all Black Panther Party members whom are continuing its legacy to this day.

All Power to the People® and the Black Panther® icon, as well as any logos on this site are proprietary trademarks and are protected from reproduction, imitation, dilution, or confusing or misleading uses under national and international trademark and copyright laws. Other product and company names mentioned herein may be trademarks and/or service marks of their respective owners.
